Owners of these backpack sprayers have reported online that their Milwaukee Switch Tanks leaked—even right out of the box in some cases—and attorneys are looking into whether a defect is to blame.

Owners of the Milwaukee Switch Tank have reported that the backpack sprayer’s tank leaks from the bottom, in some cases soon after was purchased.

Concerningly, many users have reported getting pesticides, Roundup or other chemicals all over their backs or legs as a result of the leaking problem, which may pose a health hazard.
